We had people who hadn't ridden a bike for over 50 years and people who live with pain determined to have a go on a bike.. quote from jeanette - "I have really enjoyed so much physical exercise at the bike club - I have sciatica and stiffening of the limbs and could barely walk before I went to the cycle club - I did not think that I could go on a bike at 69 years as I have not been on a bike for 45 years" - "it's a good laugh when we pass the younger ones". Thanks to Chris and co for running our bike group and we hope to continue........
